went downtown today in the rain and took pics of friends for a photography assignment. The pics turned out great. I am so thankful they were willing to pose and in the rain no less. Today was a wonderful day.

I finally got my new phone and it actually works. I happy with my phone, but am still learning it. I am still needing to import my contacts and I have to do this manually because I am going from and android to an Iphone. I have a lot of contacts to import.



This is my first apple product. so far so good.

I want to get healthy, I want to get to a size that makes me happy. where do I find the motivation to actually get out and go to the gym. I do have a membership and I was really good at going. Now not so much.

Just to add...



When I was bodybuilding the motivation was never to be the strongest or the best looking. My motivation was always being the best me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually that I could possibly be.



It all depends on what exactly you are wanting. Not from others but from yourself.



If you believe YOU are worth the pain, time and effort, you will get up and go. It matters not what others think. Only you matter.

went to the gym and tried sweating this illness out. No such luck still coughing and still having a hard time breathing. right now my head is pounding. Im thinking about just turning some music on and hiding in the database for a bit. I will be on most of the afternoon and will answer msgs.

Thank you, I have done the bath and am currently doing the music. The chicken dinner aromatherapy should help. lol were having chicken for dinner and im hungry.

I have not gone to the gym in three days, two because of school schedule and today cause son and I are sick. I will be going tomorrow cause I feel like crap and I want to keep up the good start that I have.

Took my son to the doctor today, he has double ear infection, sinus infection, and strep throat, all of this on top of having problems with his asthma.

I will do my best, my friend who is a nutritionist and works at vitamin world helped me put the supplements together and the personal trainer at the gym got me started on my two week schedule then the workout will change.



Nutritionist.......



In the morning when I get up I take a pack called devotional which contains within the pack

Green Coffee Bean Extract

Raspberry Keytones

Green Tea Extract

White Kidney Bean

Myoleptin CLA



Then I take a meal supplement because I hate eating food in the mornings That one is called Syntha phase



I go to the gym and then after workout I take L-Carnatine to replenish my my muscles and metabolism. During this time I also take Safslim which helps loosen stored fat.



Then at night I take the L-Carnitine and safslim plus a 10 day cleansing system. The cleansing system is only for the first 10 days.

we are doing 2 days of cardio to build up endurance then on day 3 we add weights to the cardio. This goes for two weeks then the regimen changes up.

long running thing

Did 33 minutes on treadmill at 15 incline with a speed of 1.8 I thought it was ok. Trainer wanted me to do 45mins. Ill go back tomorrow and try again. Took my lcarta something its protien and took my saf something. That's for helping to release stored fat. Tonight another dose of both of those then then 10 day cleanser day 1. Wow sounds like a lot.

Today is my first day going to a gym to work out since leaving the military. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. Can't wait to get to a healthy size and start feeling good about myself.



Took my meal replacement shake ( I have got to learn to eat in the mornings) and took my vitamins. After workout I will be taking protein to restore my muscles and this tangarine tasting stuff to help remove stored fat. I have a long road ahead of me but am extremely optimistic on the results and am prepared to work really hard because this is something I want really bad. I have spent the last 16+ years taking car of everyone else and making sure their needs were met. In the meantime my needs were pushed aside. Now it is time I take back what is mine and for me that is my health and my body. I'm gonna be one sexy bitch again. Oh yeah!

Friday pick up grill, food, and camera for school, take son to dr.

dry rub meat for sunday.



Saturday, coin show, then downtown for the food truck rodeo and lots of pics



Sunday super bowl get together lots of food to cook and beer to consume.
